Join us for an exciting career as CRM Lifecycle Specialist as part of the Membership & Personalisation team within Market & Channels Central Marketing.

Please note the work location is in Copenhagen, Denmark and no relocation assistance is offered for this role.
Core responsibilities
- Lifecycle Strategy Development: Support the Senior Manager, Lifecycle & Triggers in developing CRM lifecycle strategies across the member journey to enhance engagement, retention and long-term member value.
- Opportunity Identification: Use data, insights and intent signals to identify member behaviours, trends and lifecycle opportunities that can help shape relevant lifecycle initiatives.
- Cross Functional Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with key stakeholders to support the development and delivery of CRM lifecycle initiatives.
- Lifecycle Planning & Prioritisation: Support lifecycle planning and development, including lifecycle architecture, prioritisation and roadmap opportunities.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Build strong stakeholder relationships and support alignment to ensure lifecycle journeys reflect wider membership and commercial strategies.
- Lifecycle Journey Development: Partner with the CRM Hub and Product teams to help shape and deliver connected lifecycle experiences across LEGO branded channels.
- Performance Optimisation: Review lifecycle performance and use insights to identify future optimisation and member engagement opportunities.

By working closely with the CRM Hub, Product teams and commercial stakeholders, we help shape connected lifecycle experiences that create value both for members and for the business.
You will report directly to the Director CRM & Personalisation and play an important role in shaping the future direction of Lifecycle journeys at the LEGO Group.
Do you have what it takes?
Experience working with CRM lifecycle, membership, loyalty or customer engagement initiatives.
Ability to support cross-functional initiatives and build strong stakeholder relationships across teams and functions.
Strategic and commercial mindset with the ability to translate insights, member behaviours and business opportunities into actionable lifecycle initiatives.
Experience working with data, customer insights and behavioural signals to support prioritisation and decision making.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives, stakeholders and dependencies.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to create clarity and alignment across different audiences.
Good understanding of CRM capabilities and how they can support personalised lifecycle experiences.
Positive, proactive and relationship driven team player who thrives in collaborative environments and is comfortable working with ambiguity.
