Your Role:
Engage in workshops with Clients, demonstrating your ability to probe, assess and identify issues or areas for additional review
Demonstrate your analytical and problem-solving skills by processing the gathered information from the Clients
Summarize conclusions based on unstructured data, research and workshops, suggest solutions, and document them in a clear and logical manner, thus allowing the Clients to adopt them in a seamless fashion
Take ownership of assigned tasks and be motivated to drive tasks / workstreams to conclusion within deadlines
Maintain excellent client relationships and develop an initial network of personal contacts based on client engagements

What we are looking for:
BA Degree in Economics, Business, Finance, or similar
Up to 2 years of relevant work experience in banking/corporate operations gained through a top tier strategic consultancy, technology vendors companies or within some financial institution ie. bank, insurance company, payment provider
Knowledge or awareness of banking/insurance/payment/corporate trends related to technology and digital transformation
Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively in English, in both speaking and writing
Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
Basic project management skills
Proactiveness, curiosity, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
