- Develop and implement project management initiatives aligned with strategic HR goals.
- Establish best practices for project frameworks, ensuring standardization and efficiency.
- Monitor project timelines and ensure timely delivery of outcomes, addressing any delays or issues promptly.
- Organize and facilitate governance forums such as Design Authority and SteerCo to enable strategic alignment on design and solution.
- Serves as a specialist within own discipline, may lead functional teams/projects, works independently.
- Oversee the work of the consultant supporting the project, providing guidance and direction as needed.
- Ensure all deliverables are reviewed from a quality control standpoint, maintaining high standards of accuracy and completeness.
- May manage professionals and has accountability for the performance and results of a team within the purview of the project
- Identify and raise risks associated with the project, developing and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate strong stakeholder management, engaging with CoE, HR, and HR Tech teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across CoE, LBU HR, and HR Tech.
- Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and best practices.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in HR-related projects.
- Strong knowledge of Workday Talent Acquisition/Core HCM.
- Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and risk management.
- Strong quality control and attention to detail.
- Effective stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.

Experience:
