What you can expect

• You will take a leading role in shaping and strengthening Läderach’s brand presence in Korea during a key stage of business expansion
• You will develop and execute the local marketing, CRM, digital content, and merchandising strategy in alignment with global brand direction and Korean market dynamics
• You will lead integrated seasonal campaigns, product launches, retail activations, influencer partnerships, and customer engagement initiatives
• You will work closely with the General Manager, global headquarters, Retail, SCM, and external partners to translate business priorities into commercially effective marketing plans
• You will oversee the marketing budget, agency performance, campaign effectiveness, and key performance indicators, including traffic, engagement, conversion, sales, and return on investment
• You will contribute to assortment planning, store openings, pop-ups, and merchandising initiatives that support sustainable brand and business growth.

What we expect from you

• You bring a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in brand marketing, retail marketing, digital marketing, merchandising, or a comparable function
• You hold a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
• You have a proven track record of developing and implementing integrated marketing strategies, managing budgets, and leading agencies and external partners
• You demonstrate a strong understanding of Korean consumer behavior, digital platforms, premium retail, and gifting occasions
• You combine strong brand judgment and aesthetic sensitivity with a commercial and data-driven mindset
• You are capable of working independently, establishing new processes, and taking end-to-end ownership in a growing organization
• You possess strong leadership, project management, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities
• You are fluent in Korean and have business-level English proficiency for regular collaboration with global headquarters and international stakeholders.
