JOB OVERVIEW:
As a Staff Accountant on the Corporate Accounting team, you will play a key role in supporting the Company's financial operations by managing the Corporate Credit Card program, performing month-end reconciliations for corporate cost centers, and assisting with various accounting and administrative processes. This position operates in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and requires exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
Administer the Corporate Credit Card program, including processing daily card requests and managing corporate card reconciliations.
Manage the sublease invoicing process, including preparing invoices and overseeing bill-back activities.
Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations for assigned general ledger accounts, investigate discrepancies, and resolve variances in a timely manner.
Assist with month-end close activities and support the Corporate Accounting team with various financial reporting and reconciliation tasks.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience: 2+ Years of Experience in Public or Private Accounting preferred.
Attention to Detail: Strong accuracy and organizational skills, especially when handling commission calculations and high-volume transactions.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with shifting priorities.
Excel Skills: Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills required, including daily use of formulas, data organization, reconciliations, and reporting functions.
Technical Skills: Experience with ERP/accounting systems such as Workday is a plus.
Base salary range: $70K-75K
Actual base salary is dependent on several factors including but not limited to; market dynamics, location and region, experience, specialized skills/training (education), level of responsibility, budgetary considerations, tenure at the company (for current employees), etc. The salary range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
