Provide operational, administrative, governance, and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) support across SCO functions to ensure compliant, efficient, and audit-ready execution of business processes. Act as a coordination point between Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, HR, and external stakeholders
Job Description
Key Accountabilities
Manage PO lifecycle activities, including creation, tracking, amendments, closures, and reporting.
Coordinate with Procurement, Finance, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure timely PO processing and issue resolution.
Support governance meetings, maintain action logs, and track completion of agreed actions.
Maintain audit-ready documentation, trackers, and SharePoint repositories.
Support onboarding/offboarding, access requests, compliance records, and administrative activities.
Prepare operational reports, dashboards, and KPI trackers.
Draft internal communications, meeting minutes, and functional updates.
Ensure compliance with Sandoz SOPs, procurement controls, and documentation standards.
Ideal Background
Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Operations, Commerce, Finance, or Business Administration.
2–5 years of experience in administration, business support, shared services, PMO support, or P2P operations.
Experience working with global stakeholders and governance processes preferred.
