Description
The Depot Site Manager is responsible for the overall leadership and performance of the Lahore Depot, ensuring safe, efficient and compliant operations while delivering exceptional customer service. The role has end-to-end accountability for operational excellence, financial performance, asset management and people leadership, driving continuous improvement to support business growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the overall operational and financial performance (P&L) of the depot, ensuring delivery against business objectives and cost targets.
- Lead and manage all day-to-day depot operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and customer-centric execution.
- Drive operational excellence through effective planning, resource optimization, and continuous process improvement.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
- Ensure optimal utilization and maintenance of depot infrastructure, equipment, and container inventory while safeguarding company assets through robust controls and governance.
- Maintain compliance with all local regulatory requirements, HSE standards, corporate policies, and global maintenance and audit requirements.
- Monitor operational performance through established KPIs, identify improvement opportunities, and implement corrective actions to enhance productivity and service delivery.
- Drive cost optimization initiatives while maintaining operational quality and customer service standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, customers, vendors, contractors, and relevant government authorities to ensure seamless depot operations.
- Identify operational risks and implement mitigation plans to ensure business continuity and operational resilience.
- Support strategic initiatives, business transformation projects, and the implementation of global operational standards across the depot.
- Promote a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement, ensuring all activities are conducted in line with company values and operational excellence principles.
