About the Role
Our client is a fast-growing company operating within the financial and medical lien services sector. They support individuals involved in personal injury cases by providing financial assistance while clients wait for their legal cases to settle. They also work with healthcare providers, surgery centres, hospitals, and law firms within the personal injury space.

They are seeking a motivated and target-driven Sales Development Representative to generate qualified sales opportunities through proactive outreach to physician practices, surgery centres, and healthcare organisations.

This is a high-activity, phone-based sales role focused on prospecting, relationship building, and appointment setting. The successful candidate will engage with healthcare decision-makers, identify potential financing needs, and schedule qualified meetings for senior sales consultants.

Working Hours
Monday to Friday
8:00am – 5:00pm PST
Remote, working USA hours

Key Responsibilities

• Make 50 to 75 outbound calls daily to physician practices, surgery centres, and healthcare organisations.
• Research and identify qualified prospects within assigned territories.
• Engage with office managers, practice administrators, physicians, CFOs, and other healthcare decision-makers.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand financial goals, operational challenges, and financing needs.
• Determine whether prospects meet the required qualification criteria.
• Gather key information regarding practice size, specialties, ownership structure, financing needs, and decision-making processes.
• Schedule qualified appointments for senior sales consultants.
• Accurately document prospect interactions, notes, and follow-up activity in the CRM.
• Consistently meet daily, weekly, and monthly activity targets.
• Build and maintain a strong database of prospective opportunities.

Core Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in outbound sales, business development, SDR, BDR, appointment setting, or non-retail sales.
• Healthcare, medical practice, or B2B sales experience would be advantageous.
• Proven success making high volumes of outbound calls.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Comfortable speaking with business owners and executive-level decision-makers.
• Ability to overcome objections and navigate gatekeepers.
• Able to type at least 35 WPM.
• Confident using email, CRM systems, and basic computer tools.
• Salesforce experience would be advantageous.
• Fluent and clear English communication skills.
• Self-motivated, highly organised, and productive in a remote working environment.
• Quiet home office setup.

• Own computer with camera.
• Bank account that accepts international wire payments.
• Must not hold secondary employment while engaged in this role.
