Your Contribution:
- Serve as the key contact and responsible party for a group of customers consistent with the Account Executives’ individual level of experience and expertise. Responsible for providing high quality services, based on the customers’ individual scope of services.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and advocate, developing strong relationships with multiple levels of the organization including providers and C-Suite leadership.
- Develop expertise on the CGM product lines to highlight new offerings and updates to existing features and capabilities.
- Identify opportunities for expanded delivery of services through add-on of company solution offerings.
- Lead sales process with existing customers’ transactional business, creating and processing contracts.
- Maintain accurate sales funnel and sales stage in assigned tool.
- Provide updates to leadership of sales forecast.
- Enhance organizational growth by procuring customer referral for service expansion within the client, affiliated and non-affiliated partners.
- Assist external sales team with demos and analysis as needed.
- Maintain and field inbound sales calls.
Your Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree or appropriate experience.
- Effective problem-solving, interpersonal and negotiation skills required.
- Excellent communication, presentation and organizational skills required. Employees are required to speak, read and write English.
- Must be able to effectively work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple work assignments simultaneously.
- Highly self-motivated and focused and an ability to foster a cooperative work environment.
- Diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure. Ability to engage senior-level executives and establish credibility.
