What You'll Do
Manages the most complex production cells, such as molding areas. Handles a variety of tasks from repetitive to highly specialized non-repetitive production operations on complex assemblies. Adjusts and calibrates high-precision machinery, and uses advanced tools. Oversees detailed continuity checks and conducts stringent quality inspections in line with exacting quality standards. Demonstrates knowledge of complex assembly processes and problem-solving capabilities. Typically requires 2-4 years of related experience, with substantial independence in conducting tasks and making process improvements.
