We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Senior Executive/Assistant Manager to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. Role: Business Development Senior Exec/Assistant Manager
What You'll Do:
- Work closely with the Manager on business development planning, meetings, and execution.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships.
- Engage customers to understand needs, present solutions, and maintain strong relationships.
- Support product development by providing market and customer insights.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and support negotiations and deal closures.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of business initiatives.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and prepare reports for management.
What We're Looking For:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, IT, or related fields.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in business development, sales, or related roles (tech industry experience preferred).
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work closely with management and handle multiple responsibilities independently.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
- SaaS experience.
