Job Description

Quality Control & Creative Delivery Lead 

Are you passionate about delivering flawless creative work at scale? Do you combine a sharp eye for detail with strong operational leadership and a deep understanding of post-production workflows? 

We are looking for a QC & Creative Delivery Lead to join our growing Production team and take ownership of quality assurance, creative delivery excellence, and operational governance across a diverse portfolio of global client projects. 

What you'll do 

• Own and continuously improve quality control processes across all creative deliverables 

• Lead final creative and technical reviews before assets are delivered to clients and markets 

• Ensure all outputs meet brand, platform, legal, regulatory, and technical requirements 

• Drive consistency, efficiency, and best practices across post-production workflows 

• Partner closely with producers, creatives, designers, editors, motion artists and account teams 

• Identify risks early and proactively resolve delivery challenges 

• Establish quality standards, documentation, and operational frameworks that enable scalable delivery 

• Support continuous improvement initiatives and help evolve production processes 

• Act as a senior point of contact for delivery excellence and quality governance 

 

What we're looking for 

 

• Significant experience in post-production, creative operations, content production, or delivery management 

• Strong understanding of digital, video, social, adaptation, localisation, and multi-market content workflows 

• Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for quality 

• Experience managing complex stakeholder environments and high-volume delivery pipelines 

• Ability to balance creative excellence with operational efficiency 

• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset 

• Comfortable working in an international, fast-paced environment 

• Excellent English communication skills
