PT FWD Insurance Indonesia (“FWD Insurance”), a joint-venture insurance company and a part of FWD Group, previously known as PT Commonwealth Life, has successfully merged with PT FWD Life Indonesia (“FWD Life”) as of 1 December 2020 and will be known as FWD Insurance.

Support the end-to-end development and implementation of life insurance products by managing project timelines, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring system readiness, preparing regulatory documentation, and delivering successful product launches.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for new products, enhancements, and other product initiatives to ensure deliverables are manageable and completed as scheduled.
- Actively engage with related parties as well as IT for system development to ensure project deliverables are completed in a timely manner.
- Involve in product development update meetings and raise any issues during the development process.
- Conduct product development process, marketing campaign to promote the product and/or services.
- Support and administer feasibility studies including FGD and consolidate product idea from stakeholder during idea generation session and provide market competitiveness landscape.
- Work closely with marketing team and ensure that marketing collaterals including product information in website is comply, up to date, and based on clarity template.
- Work efficiently along the best practices and comply to corporate guidelines and regulatory requirement
- Prepare regular reporting to local and Group Office.
- Support ad-hoc project related to product activity
- Engage with bancassurance channel
