Description
In this position, you will support laboratory testing, batch verification, material evaluation, and quality documentation to uphold our strict quality standards. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong technical foundation in paint or chemical processes, hands‑on QC experience in a manufacturing environment, and a commitment to maintaining accuracy, consistency, and continuous improvement across production activities.
Main Responsibilities:
Verify formular and component specifications on batch cards
Set up, adjusts, calibrates and operates laboratory equipment and instruments
Test samples of manufactured products to verify conformity to specifications
Record test results on batch cards, checklist and in our computer operating system
Manage quality records and retains of production batches
Evaluate retains of production batches in response to quality complaint
Conduct incoming material testing, ensuring conformance to required specifications
Perform routine testing during production and finished product to ensure finish product are filled and packaged according to specifications
Perform quality audit of laboratory and production work instruction to ensure compliance to Quality Policy
Qualifications:
Minimum college certification in relevant discipline
Minimum 2 years of quality control experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably within the paint and coatings industry
Knowledge in chemicals, paint or coatings
