Job Responsibilities
Qualification Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably within a large, multi-national organization.
- Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and management reporting.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior management.
- Proficiency in financial software (TM1) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, over several geographies and manage multiple priorities.
