They are currently seeking a strong LSA to work alongside a Reception pupil who has medical care and Special Educational Needs.  This school prides itself in being a community of learners. It is a school where they make time for children, listen to their needs, hopes and fears and support them in becoming effective, ambitious and successful adults The Role This position is a full-time role starting after the Easter Holidays. You will be expected to work with the Reception Class Teacher to support the learning of a pupil with high medical and learning needs.  We are looking for a dedicated and skilled candidate who has prior experience working 1 to 1 with SEND within a school environment or directly in a Special Educational Needs School. The Head Teacher is looking for someone they can provide training to, but someone that can get stuck in and work independently.  Work collaboratively with class teachers to support individual children.Assess children’s development and report back to the teacher. Deliver interventions based on core subjects. Adapt activities to meet the needs of the children in your class.  Have enthusiasm to motivate and inspire all pupils to engage in learning  Working with Long-term Teachers: We are an independent agency working with Nurseries, Primary, Secondary and Special Schools. LTT was founded with the aim of creating a genuine, transparent and straightforward service to help candidates secure their next role.
