BHT $17/hr - 12 Hour Shift
We are urgently hiring dedicated Behavioral Health Technicians for our AM shift. Join our team and help provide compassionate care and support to clients in a structured and therapeutic environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide supervision and support to clients throughout daily activities
- Monitor client behaviors, participation, and overall well-being
- Accurately document observations and incidents
- Assist with crisis intervention and de-escalation when needed
- Maintain a safe, clean, and positive environment
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Valid Fingerprint Clearance Card
- TB Test
- Current BLS & First Aid Certification
- Behavioral health or caregiving experience preferred
