Medical Front Office Representative

Our team at Agave Pediatrics is growing! We are hiring a front office receptionist for a busy pediatric medical practice.

Maintains open communication lines with facility staff, attending clinicians, physicians, and families.  Liaisons with various departments.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS

1.  EDUCATION:

High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) (preferred) 

2.  EXPERIENCE:

1 – 2 years of experience in a similar position or similar function.  

3.  LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION:

CPR certification preferred 

4.  KNOWLEDGE AND TRAINING                                                                                                                                                                                    

· Ability to evaluate the effectiveness of existing methods and procedures. · Ability to communicate effectively with patients, parents, clinical administrative staff, and the public. · Ability to interpret, adapt and apply guidelines and policies and procedures. · Skill in dealing with interpersonal issues and customer relations. · Ability to handle multiple priorities at once with minimal supervision. · Ability to plan and organize.
