Letting Negotiator - Serviced Accommodation commission based only

Voyagestay is looking for an experienced Letting Negotiator to join our team! We are a serviced accommodation provider situated primarily in London, but operating in a number of locations across the UK. As a Letting Negotiator, you will be responsible for pushing our services, networking with landlords, and negotiating deals that benefit both the landlord and Voyagestay. Duties & Responsibilities - Building relationships with landlords to secure new property listings - Creating accurate sales documents- Negotiating rates, terms, and conditions- Interacting with customers in a professional and friendly manner- Regularly updating the company database with current information- Carrying out property inspections Requirements & Skills - A minimum of one year experience of working in property letting / sales- A good understanding of the lettings and rental market in the UK- Excellent communication and negotiation skills- A proactive attitude- Flexibility with working hours- The ability to multi-task and work under pressure- A valid driving license is preferred This is a commission-based-only position.
