Operations Executive -Contract Logistics

Hatch Asia is partnered with a global freight forwarding company in search for Operations Executive - Contract Logistics.  The role plays an important role in providing support to the Sales team both administratively and operationally. 

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage warehouse  and logistics operations for the clients, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods

• Maintain customer records and sales date in the company's CRM system
• Provide support to the sales team in preparing quotations, presentations and tracking invoices 
• Directly liaise with customers and provide the most accurate and prompt solutions
• Coordinate with various teams and departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations

- Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in contract logistics or supply chain management 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and logistics software
