The Customer Service Representative (CSR / Clerk) plays a critical role in handling paperwork flow, completing data entry, and in providing excellent customer service within the RDC (regional distribution center). The CSR follows and adheres to the Southshore Companies standard operating procedures to deliver best-in-class customer service while maintaining a high standard of operational excellence.
