Description
This role will lead on the strategic delivery of educational outcomes for all children and young people, within Exeter and East geographical area and will be responsible for driving the continuous improvement of performance within education, early years and SEND.
As a senior leader within the Inclusion & Learning service, this role requires significant influencing skills to build effective partnerships and work collaboratively with stakeholders, whilst taking a strategic overview of all activities across the Exeter and East area, to ensure the highest quality of service is delivered to schools, early years settings, children, young people and their families.
This role will build and maintain effective partnerships and work collaboratively with stakeholders, which will include challenging and supporting education leaders and providers to become part of a mature partnership that agrees and takes accountability for the education of all children and young people within a geographical area.
