We are seeking an experienced and charismatic Head Waiter / Head Waitress to join a highly regarded gastropub in a beautiful rural setting near Maidenhead. This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences in a refined yet welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and support the front-of-house team during service

Deliver outstanding, attentive, and knowledgeable service to guests

Ensure smooth coordination between the dining room and kitchen

Maintain high standards of presentation and service at all times

Train, mentor, and motivate junior team members

Handle guest feedback professionally and confidently
What We’re Looking For

Previous experience as a Head Waiter/Waitress or strong experience as a Senior Waiter/Waitress

A genuine passion for hospitality and guest service

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Strong knowledge of food and beverage, including wine service

A calm and professional approach under pressure

High attention to detail and personal presentation
