ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Assist in planning, leading and implementing programs and general activities
- Provide high quality outdoor, educational and recreational experiences for teens
- Assist in the creation of a weekly programming schedule.
- Assist in daily programming activities.
- Help in keeping daily attendance and meal records.
- Ensure the general safety of the club & its members.
- Act as a mentor to the teens by participating in programing appropriately.
- Suggest new ways to improve the club.
- Assist program management as needed.
- Foster a work environment that’s inclusive, as well as diverse, where people can be themselves.
WORK SCEHDULE: Monday - Friday after school and occasional weekends / 16 hours per week
Requirements
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:
- Ability to assist, lead, plan organize and implement program activities.
- Team oriented
- Ability to work independently with little supervision
- Strong organizational and communication skills
KNOWLEDGE/EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:
- High school diploma or equivalent
EXPERIENCE:
- No experience necessary. Will train.
