Your Mission
- Diagnose & Solve: Perform tune-ups, maintenance, and repairs on furnaces, ACs, heat pumps, and ductwork.
- Be the Trusted Advisor: Engage homeowners with a friendly, professional demeanor. Build rapport and trust instantly.
- Drive Growth: Identify upgrade opportunities and clearly communicate the value of new systems.
- Close the Loop: Schedule follow-ups with our Comfort Advisors and stay on-site to facilitate the sale as a two-person team.
- Deliver Five Stars: Ensure every customer leaves with a smile and a fully functional system.
Requirements
What You Bring
- Experience: 1+ years in HVAC residential service.
- Sales Mindset: You love helping customers and driving revenue growth.
- Certifications: EPA Universal Certification is a huge plus.
- Communication: You are an active listener who can explain complex issues simply.
- License: Valid Washington Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Drive: You are self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.
