As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated Virtual Customer Care Representative to join our team.If you love helping people, solving problems, and being part of a supportive team — this opportunity is for you!  What You’ll DoAnswer inbound calls, texts, and emails from homeownersSchedule roofing inspections and service appointmentsFollow up with leads and existing customersProvide updates on projects and answer general inquiriesMaintain accurate customer records in our CRM systemSupport marketing campaigns with appointment confirmationsEnsure every customer interaction reflects our high service standards What We’re Looking ForPrevious customer service experience (call center or remote experience is a plus)Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)Comfortable handling a high volume of calls/messagesStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesTech-savvy (comfortable using CRM systems, email, scheduling software)Reliable internet connection and quiet workspacePositive attitude and problem-solving mindset
