About the role
- Independently planning, executing, and analyzing the effectiveness of online and offline marketing campaigns (including social media, email marketing, lead generation campaigns, video content, and digital initiatives)
- Co-creating marketing strategies with Business Managers for key markets and customer segments
- Coordinating project teams (digital, content, sales, promotions) and collaborating with external agencies
- Creating campaign schedules and managing project tasks
- Managing marketing budgets and controlling project costs
- Monitoring campaign results, reporting on effectiveness, and optimizing activities based on data
- Ensuring communication and visual consistency in line with the brand identity and the company’s strategic direction
- Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Defining and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs)
Our requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in marketing, including independently managing campaigns and projects
- Experience in running multichannel campaigns (online + offline)
- Practical knowledge of analytical and marketing tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Piwik, CRM systems)
- Ability to manage a budget and make data-driven decisions
- Proficiency in using project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Trello, Asana, Jira)
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proactivity Proactivity, energy, and the ability to act quickly
- Ability to collaborate with teams with diverse skill sets
- Experience in the following industries is a plus: ed-tech, media & entertainment, creative agencies, startups, or consumer goods
