Job Summary

The Management Trainee (Production) will undergo structured training across production operations and related departments to develop the knowledge and skills required for future supervisory and management roles. The trainee will learn production planning, quality management, manpower coordination, continuous improvement, and daily production operations.

Job Descriptions

• Complete assigned tasks in key areas including Production, Warehouse, and Logistics by assisting with day-to-day operations within the assigned business unit.
• Prepare, maintain, and update various documents, reports, and records accurately and in a timely manner.
• Ensure that all daily operations and procedures are in compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Assist respective department heads in day-to-day operations, project coordination, and documentation.
• Learn and understand company policies, workflows, and operational standards.
• Attend meetings, take notes, and follow up on assigned tasks or projects.
• Assist in conducting training sessions for employees and support the development of management personnel.
• Perform other ad-hoc assignments as directed by the management team.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, Engineering or related field
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Strong interest in management, operations and leadership development
• Willing to learn, rotate between departments and take on challenges
• Good communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Able to work independently and in a team environment
• Possess positive attitude, discipline and strong sense of responsibility
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage
  

Location: Iskandar Puteri, Johor

Working Hours: Mon - Fri (8:30AM - 5:30PM), Sat (8:30AM - 3:45PM)

Salary Range: Up to RM4,000
