We’re looking for skilled and dependable Baristas to join a welcoming team at a local healthcare facility in Tyler. If you take pride in crafting great beverages and delivering excellent customer service, this is a great opportunity for you.
Position Details:
- Shift: 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Schedule: Monday–Friday + every other weekend
- Pay Rate: $15/hour
- Perks: Weekly pay and opportunity to transition into a permanent role
What You’ll Do:
- Prepare a variety of hot and cold beverages with consistency and quality
- Provide friendly, helpful service to customers with menu questions
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately
- Keep the workspace clean, organized, and well-stocked
- Support team operations and assist with additional duties as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous barista experience required
- Strong customer service skills and attention to detail
- Reliable and able to work early morning shifts
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
