What You'll Be Doing
- Support plant operations by assisting with production, cleanup, and general labor tasks
- Operate or assist with equipment in a safe and efficient manner
- Follow established procedures to ensure product quality and operational reliability
- Maintain clean and organized work areas to support a safe workplace
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals

- Capability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, climbing, and standing for extended periods

Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level
What We Offer
- $26.70 per hour plus an additional $0.50/hr 2nd shift rate
$2,000 Sign-On Bonus paid out in two installments (6 months and 1 year)
