Are you passionate about data, process improvement, and manufacturing excellence? Join our team as a Production Analyst and help drive operational performance through data-driven insights and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze production KPIs (OEE, cycle time, downtime, scrap, quality)
- Prepare regular performance reports and dashboards
- Collect, validate, and analyze data from ERP/MES systems
- Support production planning and capacity optimization
- Identify process improvement opportunities and perform root cause analysis
- Participate in Lean/Six Sigma and continuous improvement projects
- Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Logistics teams
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, IT, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing, production planning, operations analytics, or supply chain
- Experience with ERP/MES systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, etc.)
- Advanced Excel skills; Power BI/Tableau knowledge preferred
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and work cross-functionally
- English is an advantage
