Areas of Opportunity

Depending on business needs and your area of study, you may have the opportunity to gain experience in one or more of the following areas:

Business Support
 Assisting with business operations, administration, and coordination activities that support the effective running of the organisation. Gaining exposure to areas such as project support, reporting, process improvement, scheduling, stakeholder engagement, and operational administration that help drive business performance and support strategic objectives.

Specific assignments will be aligned to business requirements, site needs, and individual development opportunities

What You'll Bring

At Abbott, we're looking for students with the curiosity, drive, and ambition to make a difference. Successful candidates will:

• Be available for a 6, 9, or 12-month placement aligned with their academic programme.
• Be pursuing an undergraduate or postgraduate qualification in Business, or another relevant STEM discipline
• Be on track to achieve, or have achieved, a minimum 2.1 degree classification.
• Bring strong communication, teamwork, and analytical skills.
• Demonstrate initiative, curiosity, and a desire to learn.
• Have a passion for innovation, STEM, and healthcare.
• Thrive in a collaborative environment and be willing to take ownership of their work.
