Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Spend management analyst to lead initiatives that enhance visibility, control, and optimization of Digital Services GBU spending. Responsible for driving spend (COS, OPEX and CAPEX) by planning, analyzing, reporting to drive operational and strategic success. Candidate should demonstrate FP&A attributes such as budget/forecast skills, analytical skills, business acumen, reporting/ SBTN and a proactive approach to spend governance.


Responsibilities

• Leads and advises on day-to-day spend management activities - Budget/LTP, Forecasts, Actuals.

• Provides information and counsel in the areas of controls, budgeting, and planning, accounting, and the development of overall business plans and strategies.

• Track KPIs and performance metrics including bridges related to spend management and report insights to leadership

• Assist in implementing or optimizing spend management. Collaborates with business leaders to guide and influence long-term and strategic decision-making.

• Liaison with other spend owners to understand the pre and post allocated spend in DS P&L.

Maintain and manage DS MRU/org hierarchy.

• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.


Education & Experience Recommended
• Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 10+ years of work experience, preferably in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or a related field.
