Groove Subaru is looking for an experienced Automotive Service Technician (Mainline Technician) to join our growing Service Department. Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns.
- Perform engine, transmission, suspension, steering, brake, and HVAC repairs.
- Complete manufacturer-recommended maintenance services.
- Perform accurate diagnostics using Subaru diagnostic equipment and repair procedures.
- Maintain detailed repair orders and documentation.
- Conduct multi-point vehicle inspections.
- Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
- Follow all safety procedures and dealership policies.
- Collaborate with Service Advisors and fellow technicians to provide an exceptional customer experience.
Requirements
- Previous automotive technician experience required.
- Subaru experience is preferred but not required.
- ASE certifications are a plus.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Own a complete set of professional tools.
