Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a General Dentist for a mission-driven outpatient community health dental program in Allentown, Pennsylvania.

POSITION OVERVIEW
• Join an established outpatient dental practice serving patients of all ages
• Provide comprehensive general dentistry in a collaborative, patient-centered environment
• Average 18-20 patients per day with full clinical and administrative support
• Mission-driven organization focused on improving access to quality dental care
• Enjoy a predictable weekday schedule with outstanding work-life balance

COMPENSATION
• Base Salary: $165,062-$245,766
• Annual Incentive Bonus Up To 18% Of Base Salary
• $20,000 Sign-On Bonus
• $20,000 Retention Bonus

SCHEDULE
• Monday-Friday: 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
• No Nights
• No Weekends
• No On-Call Responsibilities

ROLE
• Provide comprehensive general dentistry services
• Diagnose and treat patients of all ages
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Educate patients on preventive oral healthcare
• Collaborate with an experienced multidisciplinary healthcare team

Requirements

• DDS or DMD REQUIRED
• Active Pennsylvania Dental License REQUIRED
• Comfortable Providing Comprehensive General Dentistry REQUIRED
• Strong Communication And Patient Education Skills REQUIRED
