Responsibilities:
- Meet and greet prospective residents and show them available apartments that meet their needs
- Conduct property tours and provide detailed information about the features and benefits of the apartment homes and community amenities.
- Respond to leasing inquiries, schedule appointments, and follow up with prospective residents
- Process rental applications, verify credit and income information, and document lease agreements
- Work collaboratively with the property management team to develop strategies to meet occupancy goals
- Participate in marketing initiatives to promote the company and generate interest in available apartments
- Assist current residents with lease renewals and provide ongoing customer service and support
Requirements
- At least one year of experience in leasing or real estate sales; multi-family leasing experience preferred
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate with a diverse range of people.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office and property management software.
- Must be available to work weekends and evenings as needed.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and contribute to a positive work culture.
- Bi-lingual in English and Spanish preferred.
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Available to work 9am to 6pm Monday through Friday as well as Saturdays and Holidays as needed.
