Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) for Community Counseling Solutions in Boardman, Oregon.

POSITION OVERVIEW
• Provide outpatient behavioral health services for children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families
• Complete behavioral health assessments, treatment planning, individual, family, and group therapy sessions
• Collaborate with healthcare providers, schools, community agencies, and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
• Maintain clinical autonomy with strong administrative and clinical support
• Join a mission-driven behavioral health organization dedicated to improving access to mental health services throughout rural Oregon

COMPENSATION
• $73,900-$111,600 Annual Salary (DOE)
• $5,500 Sign-On Bonus
• $4,000 Relocation Assistance (100+ Miles)

SCHEDULE
• Monday-Friday
• 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
• No Nights
• No Weekends
• No On-Call Responsibilities

Requirements

• Active Oregon Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) License REQUIRED
• Master's Degree in Marriage & Family Therapy or Related Behavioral Health Field REQUIRED
• Experience Providing Individual, Family, and Group Therapy Preferred
• Experience Working with Children, Adolescents, Adults, and Families Preferred
• Strong Assessment, Treatment Planning, and Documentation Skills
• Ability to Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Healthcare Teams
