The Ideal Candidate Has the Following Qualifications:
- 18 years of age and above.
- High School Diploma.
- Innate love for children.
JOB REQUIRES:
- Assistant leading teachers meet the individual needs of the children by interacting with the children to support play, exploration, and learning.
- Communicating appropriately and professionally with parents and fellow staff.
- Working with the lead teacher, designing an appropriate room arrangement to support the goals and developmental level of the children in the classroom.
- Creating a positive learning environment in their classroom where children develop a lifelong love of learning.
- Presenting expectations that are appropriate to the child’s age and developmental level.
- Assisting the lead teacher in implementing activities that develop self-esteem and social skills.
- Building teamwork.
- Committing to continuing education.
Work Location: In person

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift.
- Day shift.
- Monday to Friday.
- No nights.
- No weekends.
