Dietary Aide / Dining Room Server

Job Description

The Dietary Aide / Server @ La Posada provides exemplary customer service and hospitality while serving food and beverages to residents and guests.

 

Schedule: Part Time | Shifts vary between

6a-2p ,  4p-8p  - Weekends required (Flexibility important)

 

Pay Range: $15-$16.50/hr

Paid Vacation / 401K / Free Meal each shift

 

 

What will I do every day?

• Perform all dining steps of service in a friendly and professional manner
• Greet and escort residents in all dining venues and assist as needed
• Demonstrate knowledge of daily menu and be able to assist residents with their requests
• Maintain clean dining venues and ensure proper table settings
• Perform other related duties as required 

 

What will I need to be successful in this role?

• Bring a smile to work every day
• Be a great team player
• High school graduate preferred
• Some serving experience preferred

 

Special Requirements/Certifications I may need?

• Must have Food Handler’s certification as required
