Step into a newly created Learning & Organisational Development Administration Officer role with a leading Australian health and employment services group, supporting leadership programs, learning initiatives, and people development.
The Opportunity
This newly created role offers the opportunity to help shape how learning programs are supported and delivered across the business. You will work closely with the Learning & Organisational Development team, HR stakeholders, and senior leaders to support leadership programs and broader people development initiatives.
You will provide administrative, systems, reporting, and stakeholder support, including session coordination, LMS activities, shared inbox management, learning records, communications, and reporting. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys coordination, systems, process improvement, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

What You’ll Do
- Triage the shared L&D inbox, respond to routine enquiries, and escalate complex issues to the right team member.
- Support leadership programs, including nominations, session coordination, invitations, communications, Teams group updates, reporting, and close-out activities.
- Work closely with the L&OD team on program deliverables and task handovers.
- Provide administrative support to selected business stakeholders and internal teams.
- Support LMS activities, including learner updates, basic queries, reporting, and platform administration.
- Prepare and maintain reports on program participation, completion, graduates, location, and other learning data.
- Support wider learning initiatives, such as de-escalation training and trainer database maintenance.
- Provide ad hoc administrative support to senior stakeholders when required.
Key Criteria
- 2-4+ years’ experience in administration, coordination, customer support, HR admin, L&D admin, or a similar support role.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail when working with data, reports, records, and templates.
- Experienced using Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and SharePoint.
- Systems-savvy and able to learn new platforms quickly.
- LMS experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
Work setup:
- Manila (BGC, Taguig): Australian hours (6 am–3 pm PHT) with a full-time work from home setup following the first 2 days at office for onboarding.
