D&L Parts Company is seeking an experienced Regional Manager to lead multiple branch locations throughout Virginia (Richmond, Newport News, Chesapeake, Virginia Beach). This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys developing people, improving operations, building customer relationships, and driving profitable growth. As Regional Manager, you'll work closely with branch managers to strengthen sales performance, improve operational efficiency, and create exceptional customer experience across the region. You'll be a key member of our leadership team, helping shape strategy while supporting the day-to-day success of our branches.

What You'll Do

• Provide leadership, coaching, and development to Branch Managers and their teams.
• Drive regional sales growth while improving profitability and operational performance.
• Monitor key performance metrics including sales, inventory, customer service, expenses, and branch profitability.
• Partner with executive leadership on strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Ensure consistent execution of company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and community partners.
• Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing leaders.
• Conduct regular branch visits to support operations, coach managers, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Analyze business trends and use data to make informed operational decisions.
• Provide branch coverage and leadership support when needed.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of multi-location leadership experience in wholesale distribution, HVAC, appliance, industrial, or related B2B industries.
• Proven success leading sales teams and managing branch operations.
• Strong business acumen with experience reviewing financial reports and operational metrics.
• Excellent leadership, communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Ability to travel frequently throughout Virginia.
• A servant leader who values accountability, teamwork, integrity, and continuous improvement.
