Your main tasks will be to drive content production for The LEGO Group’s e-commerce platforms and marketing campaigns, working with a team that drives daily operations of those channels together with the extended OLA Commerce and OLA teams. 

Core Responsibilities  

  • End-to-End Production: Drive the lifecycle of high-converting e-commerce assets - including Product Detail Pages (PDPs), videos, banners, and immersive storefronts - from initial brief to final delivery. 

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with art directors, UI/UX designers, copywriters, and strategists to craft compelling, brand-aligned commerce narratives that captivate audiences and drive action. 

  • Funnel Optimization: Analyse the customer journey to identify and execute strategic content interventions across the conversion funnel, reducing friction and improving the overall shopper experience. 

  • Agile Project Management: Manage complex content calendars, editorial plans, and product launch schedules using agile methodologies, ensuring rapid iteration and on-time delivery. 

  • Stakeholder Alignment: Act as the central liaison between internal teams (Marketing, E-Merchandising) and external partners (IP partners, agencies), maintaining clear communication and transparency throughout the production process. 

  • Workflow Efficiency: Leverage new tools and modern workflows to scale content production, rapidly localize assets, and iterate on copy and imagery without sacrificing brand quality. 

  

Do you have what it takes?  

  • Proven experience working with e-commerce content and e-merchandising 

  • Experience from working with an international brand ideally in the FMCG area or within an industry creating products and content for children 

  • Understanding of shopper conversion funnel, digital marketing tactics, processes and experience working in large organizations 

  • Previous experience working with digital content management platforms and project management would be a plus 

  • A people person with excellent communication and collaboration skills 

Nice to have 

  • Project Management Experience 

  • Experience working with digital assets and content automation
