Description
The Aspen Group (TAG) is one of the largest and most trusted retail healthcare business support organizations in the U.S. and has supported over 23,000 healthcare professionals and team members at more than 1,300 health and wellness offices across 48 states in four distinct categories: dental care, urgent care, medical aesthetics, and animal health. Working in partnership with independent practice owners and clinicians, the team is united by a single purpose: to prove that healthcare can be better and smarter for everyone. TAG provides a comprehensive suite of centralized business support services that power the impact of five consumer-facing businesses: Aspen Dental, ClearChoice Dental Implant Centers, WellNow Urgent Care, Chapter Aesthetic Studio, and Lovet Pet Health Care. Each brand has access to a deep community of experts, tools and resources to grow their practices, and an unwavering commitment to delivering high-quality consumer healthcare experiences at scale.
The Aspen Group (TAG) knows great marketing drives our candidate experience and growth, so we give the Recruitment Marketing team the resources and runway to test bold ideas. If you're an experienced marketer who loves building and scaling integrated strategies, and you're just as comfortable building strong stakeholder relationships along the way, we want to hear from you. As a reflection of our current needs and planned growth we are very pleased to offer an opportunity to join our dedicated team as a Recruitment Marketing Manager.
Benefits of joining the team
- A flexible work environment
- Competitive salary and generous benefits package that includes flexible paid time off, health, dental, vision, and a 401(k) with company match
- A culture built on ownership: you're trusted to make bold calls and own the outcomes, good or bad
- The chance to work across a portfolio of well-known national brands, so you're building new skills with every campaign instead of running the same playbook on repeat

You’ll Achieve Success by:
Owning full-funnel marketing strategy for specific markets, roles, or talent segments: translate business goals into integrated plans, build cross-functional consensus, and drive measurable, quality hiring outcomes. Day to day, this means you will:
- Partner closely with talent acquisition as a trusted, consultative resource: proactively manage relationships, align competing priorities, and understand the nuances of their hard-to-fill roles and pipelines, then report back on results and progress
- Build the candidate-journey strategy, integrating audience segmentation, messaging and creative, paid search/social/programmatic/job boards, SEO/website/landing experiences, CRM/email/SMS, retargeting, and on-site conversion, into cohesive, test-and-learn plans with clear KPIs, attribution, and ROI targets
- Orchestrate creative briefs, content needs, landing experiences, and conversion paths in partnership with Creative, CRM, and Digital
- Utilize analytics to maximize your campaign performance and ensure a steady pipeline of qualified candidates
- Manage budgets and vendor/agency partners; forecast and reallocate to maximize ROI
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices, and proactively evolve strategies to stay ahead
Qualifications
- 6+ years in results-driven marketing (growth/demand gen/performance) with strong account management skills; recruitment marketing and/or healthcare experience is preferred, not required
- Exceptional stakeholder and account management skills, with a proven ability to build trust, influence senior leaders, and drive consensus across competing priorities; excellent written and verbal storytelling, including building executive-ready presentations
- Strong analytics: funnel analysis, experimentation, attribution basics; proficiency with GA4 and other analytics tools
- Strong working knowledge of Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta, and programmatic/job advertising platforms, with the ability to drive and interpret results from them
- Prior experience with CRM concepts and campaign management preferred; experience using Phenom CRM a plus
- Comfortable with AI-powered marketing tools and automation, from generative AI content creation to campaign optimization and audience targeting
