The Opportunity
Our client is looking for a Paid Media Specialist to join their team and lead the planning, execution, optimisation and reporting of multi-channel paid media campaigns for a leading international brand. This role calls for a strategic, performance-driven professional with hands-on experience across paid search, paid social and programmatic channels, combining analytical thinking, strong business acumen and a genuine interest in delivering measurable results. The successful candidate will work closely with internal specialists, client stakeholders and cross-functional teams to develop integrated media strategies aligned with business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute paid media strategies across Search, Social and Display platforms
- Manage, optimise and monitor campaign performance to maximise ROI and achieve business goals
- Analyse campaign data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Build and maintain performance dashboards and reporting frameworks
- Conduct audience analysis, segmentation and targeting strategies
- Manage campaign budgets, forecasting and pacing
- Collaborate with Analytics, SEO, Content, Creative and Data teams to ensure integrated campaign delivery
- Identify testing opportunities and implement optimisation roadmaps
- Present campaign performance, insights and strategic recommendations to stakeholders
- Stay up to date with industry trends, platform updates and emerging technologies
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Paid Media, Digital Performance or Performance Marketing
- Proven experience managing medium to large-scale paid media budgets
- Working knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads (preferred) and DV360 or other programmatic platforms (preferred)
- Strong understanding of attribution models and performance measurement
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
- Professional proficiency in English (preferred)
