The role:

As a Process Control Engineer, you will help drive our goals by:

• Control the wash coat application process variables on the Precision Coater Line (line adjustments, specification reviews, compliance with specific customer requirements) to maintain production continuity and product quality.

• Coordinate the operation of the Precision Coater Line and supervise assigned personnel to achieve management-established KPIs, including OEE, Efficiency, Attainment, process cycle time, and reject reduction parameters (LTY).

• Focus on complying with JM policies and maintaining Quality, Environmental, and Safety Management Systems through the review, updating, use, and strict monitoring of FMEAs, Control Plans, Turtle Diagrams, Flowcharts, Risk Analyses, procedures, work instructions, operating sheets, and applicable departmental forms, in accordance with IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and VDA standards.

• Ensure continuous training of team members and maintain evidence of training compliance, including training matrices.

• Understand, follow, and execute procedures, policies, forms, and all other documents that are part of JMM management systems and applicable to the process, ensuring compliance with the company's management systems.

Requirements for the role:

• Strong communication skills (Good level of English speaking is required)

• Proficiency in SAP and Excel.

• A proactive attitude.

• Problem-solving skills.

• Personnel management experience.

• Conflict management skills.

• Time management skills.

• Statistical Process Control (SPC) knowledge.
