Chinese Business Group (CBG) Manager

Job Description & Summary

We are seeking a Manager to join our Chinese Business Group (CBG), supporting Chinese clients investing and operating across Uzbekistan. The role combines business development, client relationship management, project coordination, and cross-border advisory support.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with Chinese clients and key stakeholders.
• Identify business opportunities and support market expansion initiatives.
• Coordinate projects across tax, legal, advisory teams.
• Act as a bridge between Chinese clients and local teams, including interpretation and translation support.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, client materials, and market research(news/ targets search etc.).
• Support client visits, events, and relationship-building activities.

Requirements

• Major in business, finance, economics, law, or related fields is preferred.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience (Senior Associate) or 3+ years (Manager).
• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English or Russian.
• Strong business development skills.
• Experience working with Chinese companies, investors, or cross-border projects is preferred.
• Knowledge of Uzbekistan, Eurasian markets is an advantage.
