Join us in our exciting quest to build a future home!
We are seeking a proactive and technically curious D2C Commerce Operations & Delivery Manager to join our regional team in Bangkok. Supporting branded webstore and marketplace operations across Thailand, Vietnam, Taiwan, South Korea, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia and China you will serve as the connective layer between local business teams and the central technology platform - ensuring that systems work together reliably, processes are clearly documented, and enhancements are delivered on time.
Reporting to the Head of Branded Webstores – CA Asia, this role directly contributes to business growth by maintaining the operational integrity of the D2C commerce stack enabling local teams to operate with confidence and consistency.
The role sits at the intersection of three disciplines: commerce process governance, cross-functional IT project delivery, and change management.
What you’ll do:
D2C Commerce Process & Systems Governance
- SOP ownership - Write, maintain, and keep the operating procedures that define how orders, products, prices, and inventory data move between systems. When something changes, you make sure the documentation keeps up.
- System mapping - Know how the pieces fit together. When a change happens in one part of the stack, you understand what it means for everything else - and you flag the risk before it becomes a problem.
- Knowledge base development - Create practical, reusable guides - troubleshooting steps, decision trees, FAQs - that help local teams solve common issues independently without waiting on regional support.
- Process monitoring - Keep an eye on how markets are working versus how the SOPs say they should. When there is a gap, figure out whether it is a process problem or a training opportunity - and close it.
D2C IT Project & Cross-Functional Delivery
- Requirements gathering - Gather what markets need, document it clearly, and hand it to the delivery team in a format that leaves no room for guesswork. If the requirement is vague, you sharpen it before it moves forward.
- UAT coordination - Plan and run user acceptance testing with local eCom teams and IT support. Make sure test scenarios cover the full flow - including the edge cases that only show up in production. Chase down defects before go-live, not after.
- Go-live ownership - Own the milestones for your assigned deployments and market launches. Know your dependencies, flag delays early, and drive resolution - not just report on progress.
- Risk and escalation - Spot delivery risks early - resource gaps, scope creep, platform blockers - and escalate with a mitigation proposal, not just a warning.
Change Management & Continuous Improvement
- Rollout and training - Lead the rollout of new SOPs, features, and process changes to local eCom teams. Run practical enablement sessions that land quickly and stick - so markets can move forward with confidence instead of raising support tickets.
- Lessons learned and process improvement - Own the post-launch review. Capture what worked, what broke, and what to do differently next time. Feed those insights back into the requirements pipeline and use them reduce recurring issues.
- Documentation and onboarding - Keep the project record clean - change logs, RACI matrices, intake templates.
