Responsibilities:
Monitor the day-to-day maintenance and operation of all residence facilities, buildings, grounds, and infrastructure.
Investigate and resolve mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, automation, and building-related problems.
Provide practical, hands-on solutions when immediate intervention is required.
Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and service schedules.
Monitor actual vs budget for maintenance.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in construction, facilities management, building operations, engineering, or luxury residential estate management.
Proven track record overseeing maintenance teams, contractors, and capital projects.
Must be well-organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks.
Ability to work independently and exhibit an excellent customer service attitude.
Have strong integrity.
