Responsibilities:
1. Prepare export documentation and ensure consistency with SAP data.
(1)Manage sales orders for SOP, prototype sales, tooling, and sample shipments.
(2)Handle income payment on export business.
(3)Perform pricing difference reconciliation.
(4)Other assigned activities.
2. Track and coordinate export shipment progress.
3. Collect, review, and archive customs declaration and shipping documents.
4. Apply for and manage Certificates of Origin.
5. Monitor and analyze export foreign exchange receipts and receivable status based on SAP data.
6. Issue export VAT invoices in the export tax rebate system and prepare supporting documents for export tax rebate applications.
7. Follow up on non-trade business transactions, including order execution, agreement signing, filing, and foreign exchange payment progress.
(1)Coordinate and integrate payment-related processes with relevant stakeholders.
(2)Review and manage open purchase orders.
Qualifications:
1.Bachelor degree in International trade or Logistic management or Finance major etc.
2.Prior experience in import and export business is preferred.
3.Good written and spoken English skills.
4.Good communication skills and proficiency in office automation is preferred.
