Job Description
At Fiserv, we are transforming financial services through innovative technologies and strategic foresight. Our Financial Crimes and Risk Management Solutions team is dedicated to providing advanced solutions to combat financial crimes and manage risks effectively. We are seeking a strategic and results-driven product leader to drive innovation and to ensure our products delight our customers, and effectively detect, prevent, and manage financial risks including fraud, money laundering, and sanctions violations.

What You'll Do
As a Senior Director, you will play a pivotal role in the modernization of our product suite. Collaborating with Sales, Marketing, other internal teams, partners, and clients, you will focus on elevating customer experience and fostering business growth.

• Be a product evangelist for the FCRM product suite
• Foster thought leadership by creating compelling value propositions and marketing narratives that resonate with the market, customers, and sales
• Develop, evaluate, and execute on buy, build, partner strategies to bring the highest value to our customers and to drive growth
• Drive innovation that exceeds customer and market expectations, in partnership with technology and other product managers by executing on initiatives based on gathering voice of customer, staying on top of industry trends, understanding competitive landscape, technological and analytic advances, etc.
• Create and execute go-to-market strategies to drive growth that include product commercialization, pricing considerations, and distribution channels
• Work alongside internal teams to strategize and implement continual improvement initiatives in methodologies, processes, and technologies
• Lead digital transformation and modernization initiatives to deliver innovative solutions and services
• Support and collaborate with multiple sales and distribution teams across multiple global markets

Experience You'll Need to Have
 

• 8+ years of product management experience in financial services
• 8+ years in financial services regulatory and compliance environment or Financial Crimes, fraud, and AML
• 8+ years of experience in effective communication skills and building strong relationships with key stakeholders

• 5+ years of experience engaging with clients, partners, internal teams, and supporting sales functions
• Track record of successfully launching and managing product portfolios
• Prior experience with Agile development methodologies
• Prior experience creating and executing go-to-market, commercialization, and sales enablement strategies

What would be great to have:

• Prior experience or working knowledge of AI/ML methodologies, including Agentic AI
• In-depth knowledge of technologies and emerging trends, with a proven ability to leverage these trends to drive business growth
• Experience working across global teams with different regulatory standards
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree in a relevant field
